The Accommodation is in a detached bungalow which is 30 metres from the house where breakfast is served in the conservatory.  The views from here are across the garden and 13 acres of fields which are extensions of the lawn. There is no time limit for our guests' arrival as there is a key pad security entrance system but we do ask our "late arrivals" to consider other guests who may be sleeping. There is plenty of space for jogging, football and golf driving practise etc. Large vehicles are welcome (helicopters included) as there are good, well lit, parking facilities. We welcome well behaved young people over 10 years but are not able to accept pets. London is 25 minutes from Upminster. Lakeside Shopping Centre is 6 miles and there is a Golf Course half a mile away.
